I offer to you a completely Free 30-minute consultation to chat about what’s on your mind. The reason for offering my time for FREE is that not everyone who presents themselves for therapy will be accepted and with that in mind, I personally feel it would be morally wrong to take your money if I feel my therapy would not help you. But having said that, it tends to be only the people who think their mind is too strong that they cannot be hypnotised, and I for one am not going to try and prove their ego wrong!

The number of sessions varies from person to person but normally between 8-12 weekly 1-hour sessions are all that’s needed. So much so, that if therapy proceeds beyond 12 sessions there is no charge. But please bear in mind, that there is an upper limit. Conditions that respond very well to this approach are.

This therapy is just as it sounds: I will hypnotise you, and then deliver suggestions for your betterment. These suggestions will be tailored to suit your presenting symptom. For example, imagine you are nervous about giving the best man’s speech at your brother’s wedding. Depending upon our initial conversation, then I may suggest to you the following.
When you stand up to give your speech, you will feel calm and relaxed.
You will speak with confidence, you will talk with confidence.
The more you speak the more you enjoy talking.
The more you talk the more you relax.
Speaking in public is something you enjoy doing.
