Testimonials at Lets Get Better
Michael is truly an angel. I was in a very bad place when I first met this wonderful man, fast forward 3/4 months later I feel alive. I’ve been struggling with serious anxiety issues and was oblivious to normality. With the help of Michael I have found my zen. He has an innate ability of truly understanding the underlying issues and the root cause of problems. I cannot thank Michael enough for the positivity he has brought in my life. I would 100% recommend this wonderful man!
I would like to express my sincere thanks for all your help in treating my emotional and physical symptoms over the last few months. Thankfully I am now able to relate better to my father and my confidence in myself has increased tremendously. My physical health has improved fantastically which I don’t think would have happened personally had it not been for your help. I wish you well in your ventures and should you require any references in the future please do not hesitate to contact me.
I hope you had a good break in Ireland. Well as you can see from the card I got the job!! This is despite me having a head cold and feeling quiet “groggy”. The first stage of interviews were conducted yesterday and those who got through were to go the second interview next Monday. However, I was “such a strong candidate” that they decided just to offer me the job. I feel fantastic!! Note: I bought this card the day before my interview and put it on the mantel piece ready to post to you….. Thanks again for your support and belief in me.
Here, as promised, is the letter to let you know how things are with Stewart. After you left, we spoke about what happened and he said he felt very relaxed and calm. He didn’t go into details about what he had thought of and, as promised, I did not ask him anything. Shortly after Glenna and the other two came back Stewart went up to his room. Next thing he is fast asleep and he never stirred until the next morning, as bright as a button.
He seems to be coping well at school and here at home, and although I have not witnessed any sudden mood swings. He seems to have a certain calmness that he did not have before. As if all is well with the world.
Another thing I have noticed, he has now started talking about what he has been doing at school. Also (although this could be a coincidence) he has had no detentions at school for the last two weeks. They will be making him head boy next! All in all, I am more than delighted with the way Stewart is behaving and I hope it continues forever.
I must also apologise once again for having to have you kept waiting for me to come home from work.
Do you think Penny and Peter would benefit from hypno-therapy?
Penny so has to be the centre of attention all the time and Peter at the moment has a thing about being called names with reference to his hair colour and his height (or lack of it!)
To tell you the truth, having gone under, I came out of it quite disorientated. It took me half an hour to know what I was doing.
I must close now as it is, would you believe 3.20am Sunday morning (I always think better at night)
Thank you for the help you have given us. I will not forget it.
I thought it was time I kept my promise and let you know how we are getting on. Samuel seems less distraught than he used to be. Still hates school – and is addicted to the computer, but I’m told that’s normal! He doesn’t seem to have had any dreams now either, so thank you.
I gave up alcohol end of October and haven’t had a drink since – don’t miss it, rarely think about it and I feel great. My weight continues to drop, not sure how much more there is to go, but again I feel great. The re-decorating programme is also complete but dying the grass never really took off! I am no longer surrounded by my green, but by light airy space. Still making curtains, hopefully in time for Christmas……
The difference this has made to my home is enormous and I feel lighter, more creative and happier. Thank you for all you did for us and I hope all is well in your life.
With warm regards Daphine.
I promised that I would write to let you know how my recent TAE KWON DO grading went, so here goes.
By the time the grading came other people were talking about how positive and focused I was. My performance felt so comfortable, only once or twice nerves crept back in, and when they did, I knew exactly what to do from the things you told me to do, to stay calm.
The results were given last Wednesday and to my delight I passed with 76% (a very good pass mark). To give you an idea of how hard this grading was, out of 5 people going for their 3rd dan, I was the only person who passed this time! I feel I owe you a lot. I will certainly recommend you to my friend’s.
Thank you very much indeed. J
Thank you for guiding me through a journey and helping me deal with things that happened in the past that was left unresolved. I admit it was difficult but hopefully it will set my emotions from that era free.
I already notice a difference in my attitude towards what happened and current people in my life. It was a change for the better.
I hope you continue doing this type of work for other people who need it. It is also important to keep in mind what Michael needs, it can be very easy for a therapist to forget to heal themselves. I am stressing this because it is something I did, in the past.
Merry Christmas from Mary
Hi there everyone!
I just wanted to thank all of you who kindly responded to my request for suggestions, advice etc; on how to continue therapy with my client, whose problem was associated with / infront of people.
I am pleased to say that the information forwarded to me, has proved to be very useful. In particular I would like to thank Michael Govers for his input. This has very rapidly produced significant positive results with my client.
Thanks again for your interest,
First of all, thank you for all the help and support you’ve given to me. I will never forget you. I can never repay your kindness to me Michael.
Well about myself. I think we are trying to sort our problem. Don’t worry maybe one day we will reconcile. Hopefully, I will let you know when it happens. O.K. I really miss your company. No more space. See ya.
